Diversity Interest Senators

The Diversity Interest Senators, including the Diversity Interest Senator-at-Large, participate in monthly UNITY Table discussions. Their purpose is to maintain a voice and vote of diversity on the floor of the Student Senate. The diversity that the Student Senate seeks is typified by students who are multicultural (race, ethnicity, national origin) and/or underrepresented (sexual orientation, gender, disability) in the student body.

Diversity Interest Senators are elected at the annual Diversity Convention, organized and moderated by the Chair of the Student Affairs Committee.
