Student Senate Meeting 11/18/10
Please join us for this week’s Student Senate meeting, tomorrow at 9pm in the Drake Room in upper Olmsted. At this meeting:
- Inauguration of First-Year Senator David Karaz
- Funding allocations for SAB (regional and national NACA conventions)

David Karaz, First-Year Senator
Congratulations to David Karaz, Drake University’s first ever First-Year Senator. David was elected this week to represent the first-year student population at Drake. We will post more about David and his goals for the First-Year Interest committee in the coming weeks!

Student Senate Meeting 11/11/10
First, we’d like to thank you for all your feedback regarding which e-mail systems you’d like to see at Drake. We will pass the results of our poll along to Ann Kovalchick, the Chief Information Technology Officer, so she and the e-mail migration committee will have student feedback as they move forward in their decision-making process. You can send any other thoughts or concerns to her via e-mail at ann.kovalchick@drake.edu.

First-Year Senator Candidates
Voting begins tonight for Drake University’s first First-Year Senator election. First-year students have 24 hours to vote for one of the seven candidates through blueView.
